We provide a space for users to discover opportunities, create profiles, and submit applications. Organizations can post opportunities and review applications through our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

• Student/Individual Accounts: For users seeking opportunities
• Organization Accounts: For entities posting opportunities
• Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Scrape or collect data without authorization
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized advertising
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

5.2 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by TechPulze or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or modify this content without our written permission.

6. Opportunities and Applications

6.1 For Applicants

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of opportunity listings
• Application outcomes are determined by posting organizations
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions or scholarship awards
• You are responsible for verifying opportunity details

6.2 For Organizations

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your postings
• Postings must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• You must comply with all applicable employment laws
• Applicant data must be handled according to our Privacy Policy

7. Fees and Payments

Basic features of the Platform are provided free of charge. We may offer premium features or services for a fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create risk or legal exposure for us
• Have an extended period of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHPULZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, IF ANY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechPulze, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation
• Subject to binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Governed by the laws of the State of California
• Brought in courts located in San Francisco County, California

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechPulze.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
